You don't have to wait until Nov. 25 to shop Walmart's best Black Friday deals.
If prioritizing your oral health is a goal for the new year — you might want to check out Amazon's early Black Friday deals. Rechargeable Toothbrush
While oral care may not be the most exciting thing on the planet, there's no denying the importance of having healthy gums and teeth.
Since it's estimated that up to 47 per cent of adults have some form of gum disease, it's worth making the effort to care for your smile. Especially considering that gum disease has been linked to more severe issues like cardiovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis and even pneumonia.
Luckily, recent studies have found that using an electric toothbrush led to 20 per cent less plaque and 50 per cent less bleeding than people using manual toothbrushes.
Now is the perfect time to make the switch, with dozens of models included in Amazon Canada's early Black Friday sale — like the Oral-B Power iO Series 3 Limited Electric Toothbrush.
This electric toothbrush uses micro vibrations and oscillating brush heads to help provide a deep clean with every brushing. Thanks to a built-in pressure sensor, you'll also see the toothbrush light up if you end up overdoing it.
Other features include a two-minute timer with pulses every 30 seconds to let you know when to switch areas of the mouth, and a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 14 days between charges.
Each kit includes an Oral-B iO3 Limited Electric Toothbrush, one Ultimate Clean Replacement Brush Head, one Gentle Care Replacement Brush Head, a travel refill holder, travel case and charger.
Since this toothbrush is a new addition to Amazon's online marketplace, it has only received a few customer reviews so far. However, at nearly half-off, it could be worthwhile to stock up on this great gift idea ahead of the holidays.
Until Nov. 13, you can shop the toothbrush on sale for $90 in blue, black or white. Or, you can browse through more Oral-B toothbrushes on sale below.

Kansas City Federal Reserve President Esther George on Thursday reiterated her support for a slower pace of U.S. interest rate increases, calling for a "more measured" approach that allows the central bank time to judge how the rises in borrowing costs are affecting the economy. "I continue to see several advantages for a steady and deliberate approach to raising the policy rate," George said in remarks prepared for delivery to an energy conference co-hosted by her regional bank and the Dallas Fed. The Fed has lifted short-term borrowing costs at an extraordinarily fast pace this year, including four straight 75-basis-point hikes that have brought the central bank's benchmark overnight interest rate from near zero in March to the current 3.75%-4.00% range.
(Reuters) -Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank President Neel Kashkari on Wednesday said it's "entirely premature" to discuss any pivot away from the Fed's current policy tightening, even as he appeared to endorse the possibility of adjusting the size of future rate hikes. "I think we are on a good path right now: I think we are united in our commitment to getting inflation back down to 2%," Kashkari said at South Dakota State University's Ness School of Management and Economics. "But monetary policy operates with a lag," he added, referring to the many months that economists estimate it takes before the effect of higher borrowing costs is seen in the economy and on inflation.

In a 5-4 split decision, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled last week that “tough-on-crime” legislation that restricts discretionary conditional sentences is constitutional. The Harper-era laws require those who commit certain “serious offences,” particularly drug offences, to serve prison sentences rather than conditional ones. A conditional sentence can be served out of prison, often within a person’s community. The Supreme Court justices who upheld the laws found they did not violate the Chart
