A creative DIY pro has shared her clever idea for creating a stylish plant pot that doubles as a coffee table.

Eva, from the Netherlands, often builds beautiful designer-inspired home decor items using budget products.

She recently made an elegant dual-use plant pot and side table using only two pots and two plates for the base structure.

In order to create the home decor item, Eva first gathered a large pot, a medium-sized pot, and two plates whose bases aligned with the bottom of the pots.

She set the larger pot upside-down and used super glue to attach the bottom of the first plate onto the pot.

Then, Ava glued the other place face-down so that it created a little dome on the top.

Next, she glued the medium-sized pot onto the back of the second plate so that the finished product looked slightly like an hour glass.

Eva then painted the whole structure grey and merely uses a flat wooden top in order to turn it into a coffee table.

The table can simply be flipped around and used as a plant holder as well.

The table's unique shape helps with even weight distribution but it is not recommended to place extremely heavy items on top of or inside the table.

Thousands complimented Eva's sleek design and clever creation.
