In Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Kirby goes full Solid Snake to infiltrate the control room in Burning, Churning Power Plant.

In Kirby and the Forgotten Land, it's time for Kirby to copy the abilities of another video game legend: Solid Snake. Sure, the Kojima-created superspy isn't in this particular game. But, if Kirby wants to achieve the "Infiltrate the Control Room" secret objective, he'll need to channel Konami's sneakiest mascot.

Located in the Burning, Churning Power Plant level in the Redgar Forbidden Lands region, the control room has some goodies waiting for Kirby, including two piles of coins and a figurine capsule. This factory is full of pounding metal and angry enemies, so Kirby will have to keep his wits about him if he wants to make it out alive, let alone make it to the easy-to-miss control room.

After a brief introductory area with a bridge that Kirby must cross, you will enter the Burning, Churning Power Plant. Directly ahead of you, you will see a mechanism made of two metal walls that consistently open and close at timed intervals. Make your way through by dropping down into the holes in the floor, then defeat the fire-spewing enemies at the end.

Now, there is another metal mechanism that you must make it through. This time, though, there are chunks carved out of the walls which Kirby can use to hide. Run to the first nook, and stand in place to allow the mechanism to close around you. Then, continue, ignoring the next nook (which would crush you) to the one immediately beyond it. Stay here until the mechanism opens again, and move to the final nook which gives Kirby plenty of space on both sides. Then continue to another open area and defeat the enemies.

In front of the next mechanism, there is a red switch. Step on it, and the walls will move apart, revealing a giant bull. If you begin down the corridor, the bull will run at you. If you time it right, you can crush the bull between the walls.

With the bull dispatched, turn your attention to the mechanism. On the right, you should see a hole in the mechanism which is filled in with wooden crates. Make sure to time it so you don't get crushed by the mechanism, run down, smash the crates, and jump into the hole, revealing a Waddle Dee that you can rescue.

At this point, the mechanism will no longer move, so walk across to the other side and hop through the open vent. Walk until you reach the end and you will have infiltrated the control room. You'll know you're in the right place if there are two piles of coins waiting for you and a treasure chest with a capsule figure inside.
